Who we are
LightSpeedBolt is operated by [Your full legal name / business name], [City, State, PIN], India ("we", "us"). By purchasing a plan or using our website you agree to these terms.
What we provide
We provide digital marketing services: placement of articles and links on websites we own or partner with, SEO content writing, Reddit community marketing, generative-engine-optimization (GEO) work, GitHub repository creation, launch-directory submissions, and reporting through an online dashboard. The specific deliverables and quantities for each plan are listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
No guaranteed outcomes
Search rankings, AI-assistant recommendations, traffic, signups and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, third-party platforms, your product, and your market. We guarantee the delivery of the deliverables in your plan, not specific rankings, traffic or user numbers. Any results we describe are examples and are not typical or promised.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own or are authorized to market the website or product you submit, that the information you give us is accurate, and that your product is lawful. We may decline or stop work for products involving illegal goods, adult content, gambling, weapons, misleading health or financial claims, malware, or anything that violates the rules of the platforms we use. In that case we refund any undelivered portion.
Platform rules
We follow the published rules of the platforms we work on, including subreddit rules and Reddit's content policy. We do not buy votes, use fake reviews, or operate deceptive sock-puppet accounts, and we will not do so on request. Where a platform or the law requires disclosure of a commercial relationship, we disclose it.
Payments and subscriptions
Prices are in US dollars. Online payments are processed by our payment providers (PayPal or Razorpay); we never see or store your full card details. Customers in India can instead pay by UPI or bank transfer against an invoice we send them; we record the payment once it arrives. Depending on your plan, a subscription either renews automatically each month or year until cancelled, or is paid one period at a time (30 or 365 days) through a renewal link we email you before the period ends. Prepaid periods are never charged automatically and simply end if not renewed. You can cancel an automatically renewing subscription anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancelling, or not renewing a prepaid period, stops future payments and does not remove work already delivered.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Ownership
Content we write specifically for you (blog posts, GitHub repository content) is yours once paid for. Articles published on our own domains remain part of those sites, and we keep them live for as long as the site operates. You grant us a license to use your brand name, logo and public product information to perform the services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ranking changes caused by third-party platforms.
